Welcome to REACH
Reframing Emotions and Anxiety in CHildren and young people.

REACH is a parent and carer peer support group.

We are dedicated to promoting good mental health in children and teens. Our Aim is to help parents and and carers to support their child's emotional wellbeing, by bringing people together in a mutually supportive network.

We are not mental health professionals, but people often find it useful to talk to others who have similar experiences. Reach is here to help parents and carers come together to both offer and receive support, by sharing information and experiences.
